1. General
These terms apply to all services and projects delivered by Nexon Solutions.
2. Services
Nexon Solutions provides IT services including web development, CRM systems, and consultancy. Services are delivered according to agreed specifications.
3. Payments
Payments follow the terms agreed in the proposal. Advance payment may be required for larger projects.
4. Intellectual property
After full payment, intellectual property of the developed software is transferred to the client.
